From a 6-year-old selling pickles in Mumbai, India to owner of Tara Kitchen in Schenectady, Aneesa Waheed is an inspirational entrepreneur. Emigrating to the U.S. with her family at age 16, Aneesa graduated from Schenectady High School. She then left for the corporate culture of New York City. Before moving back to Schenectady, she made a fateful trip to Morocco where she met her husband. They now have four locations and are planning a fifth!
