Miki Conn signs two books!

"The Story of a House"
This children’s picture book follows The Story of a House as it cycles through two generations. The story was motivated by the author’s fascination with old abandoned houses.
"Integrating Delmar 1957: the Story of a Friendship" chronicles a middle class African American family’s search for housing and the decision of a white couple to rent their house to them.
Miki Conn is an artist, storyteller, & poet who resides in Schenectady. Her African and Native American heritage inspired an interest in indigenous arts and multiculturalism. She strives to increase understanding between races and cultures.
